City Staff recognized by Georgia Environmental Protection Division As “Outstanding Performer”, in recent Sanitary Survey.
The most recent Sanitary Survey results from Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division regarding the inspection of the entire city water system and found “as a result of no significant deficiencies, lack of monitoring/ reporting violations and overall compliance the System is considered an “Outstanding Performer”, a unique designation the city has strived for.
The Mayor and the City Council had the opportunity to recognize the staff and recognize this designation at luncheon with Staff. Mayor Grier went on to say how appreciative the city is in managing our quality water system and how he and the council know the quality of the work performed comes from dedication of every employee each and every day.
