The Boil Water Advisory has been canceled a Boil-Water advisory for a section of the city at Hwy 51 (Old Cornelia) and Hwy 52 (Lula Road) south of this location, directly affecting all customers in this service area is no longer in place.
The Boil Water advisory was issued due to an Emergency Water Line Repair Wednesday Evening Nov.6th and is in effect until further notice. Once the lab analisys results determine there is no areas of concern notice will be given.
A boil-water advisory or boil-water order is a public health advisory or directive given by Local Government authorities to consumers when a community’s drinking water is, or could be, contaminated by pathogens.
