The Next phase of the Depot and Train Yard has been approved by the Mayor and Council and work should be completed in December! The second phase will include the exterior finish to the stage area the grading of the entire property and the addition of street parking along Wall Street.
Once the work is completed in December the city will begin taking reservations for rental activites. In addition the city should begin advertising the new position as a Downtown Event Coordinator , who will administer the Depot activities and assist in downtown development activities, such as expanded ” Railroad Days” new community events like “Movies in the Park”, Bubble Day! over the next year!
