The boil water advisory for Lula has been lifted as of 12 PM on Friday, January 15, 2021, after officials received clear test results.
The city of Lula experienced a water main break at the intersection of Wall Street and Athens Street this Wednesday, January 13th, affecting the areas east and south of that location. Repairs were made and service was restored about 7 PM. In an abundance of caution, the city issued the boil water advisory to protect and safeguard the public interest. Thankfully, we are in the clear.
