Numbers of COVID-19 tests and cases change on a daily basis, but they’re finally seeing some decline, after record number of positive cases. Hospitals in our community and in the surrounding areas remain close to capacity, with the virus contributing, but we can all help reduce the stress on our medical providers by stopping the spread where we are. Should a family member or friend need access to life-saving healthcare and not have the availability due to a hospital at capacity, the urgency could be a strong reality in a moment’s time.
We know that you truly love your neighbors, so show it by washing your hands, wearing a mask when you do go out, staying at least six-feet away from others, and avoiding large gatherings. Together we can protect our families, friends, and community by doing our part to stop the spread.
