Residential Zoning Moratorium Resolution No. 081522-A
On Monday, August 15, The City Council passed a moratorium not to accept any new applications for additional residential development for the next 90 days. This moratorium is only for future residential development.
By the resolution, this moratorium shall terminate on November 10, 2022, or upon adoption of amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, whichever first occurs. The Council adopted the moratorium to give the Planning Commission and Council time to review and update the City’s residential zoning and development regulations. Commercial and Industrial applications are not affected.
