7. Proposed Rezoning in unincorporated Hall County (DRI for Inland 365 Business Center / Submitted to county raising concerns as proposed.), the community is encouraged to attend the following rezoning hearings with Hall County Government below.
   1. POSTPONED till OCT 3^rd———— Hall County’s Planning Commission will hear this request at 5:15 on Monday, September 19, 2022, in the 2^nd Floor Meeting Room, Hall Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, and make a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners for its approval or denial.
   2. The Board of Commissioners will then hold a public hearing for the final determination of the request at the meeting scheduled for 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the same location.
8. Proposed Beer and Wine License by the drink “ Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant 6031 Main Street Lula GA, Public Comment, City Attorney
9. Request from Liberty Baptist Church Liberty Baptist for Use and waver of fees,  Rafe banks park, and wellness park for a free “fall festival” like event for our community. Saturday, October 22, from 11 –4 PM
10. Request -Lula Assembly  of Praise/use of Ballfields and Restrooms Monday, October 31 / Annual Request
11. New Rezoning Request 5035 Cornelia HWY (365)  Current Zoning Ag request to M-1 Light Industrial, to Planning Commission OCT 4^th  and the Council October 17 in Public Hearings
12. 6232 Athens St. 202.22  Acres, Proposed Annexation and Rezoning from County Ag to Planned Residential Development
13. Application of a DRI “Development of Regional Impact” Study, this proposed development completed.

All requests to be placed on the regular agenda should come in writing (forms available) and should encompass all supporting documents in advance of the work session. The Regular Monthly Council Meeting is normally the Third Monday of the Month, preceded by a work session on the prior Monday @ 6:00 PM. All meetings of the Council are open to the Public, and public attendance is encouraged. In the event of a Special Called Meeting of the Council, such meeting shall be posted for Public View 24 hours in advance, with stated agenda.
