Mr. Horst is the new council member for Lula’s District Five after yesterday’s election, Mr. Horst ran unopposed in District Five and will serve the remaining unexpired term for District 5.
Mr. Horst remarked “ as a newly elected District 5 Council Person, I will vow that I will hear your voices and I will work diligently with my fellow council members to ensure proper and adequate growth for our small-town community.
Once the votes are certified, the city will schedule a swearing-in ceremony for all the newly elected at their request.
