3. Yard of the Month – “Christmas In Lula” win a $100 utility credit in one of 5 City Districts, so spread that holiday cheer and maybe you can get recognized as Holy Joly ! Winners will be finalized Dec 21^st.

   3. Mileage Rate Adoption/Rollback – Advertised December 6^th and voted on December 18^th.
5. Water Sewer Current Conditions
   1. Congratulations to Debra Richards who passed her exam on water
   2. Well Exploration – The city has identified 2 well as well as development on Athens Street has proposed 2 well sites for exploration. Sites being reviewed for test wells.
6. Paving Bid/Consideration/Funding General Fund approved being scheduled., Awaiting pricing on speed table.
7. Reminder-Stormwater Plan – Chattahoochee Streets/Design and Bid Process – to be advertised and heard in January.
8. Reminder Solid Waste Fee Increase approved by the mayor and council to begin on January billing.
9. Committee Assignments/ Mayor Assignments for the calendar year 2024
10. Request by Historical Society of Lula/ Belton. Proposed monthly use of the DEPOT in the 2024 calendar year. See request.
11. Development Authority/Status.
12. Historical Society Lula Bellton Meeting fourth Monday of the Month December(?) at the DEPOT 7 PM, at the DEPOT all are invited.

All requests to be placed on the regular agenda should come in writing (forms available) and should encompass all supporting documents in advance of the work session.  The Regular Monthly Council Meeting is normally the Third Monday of the Month, preceded by a work session on the prior Monday @6:00 PM. All meeting of the Council are open to the Public and the public attendance is encouraged. In the event of a Special Called Meeting of the Council, such meeting shall be posted for Public View 24 hours in advance, with stated agenda.
