- Discussion as to adoption of policy for consideration speed tables application.
- Special Election shall be held on May 21, 2024, from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM for the purpose of electing the following City of Lula office: Council Member (District 3), to fill the unexpired term through the first regular Council Meeting in December 2025. Voting shall be at the regular polling place for Lula voters residing in Hall County and Banks County, which is First Baptist Church of Lula, 5767 Maiden Lane, Lula, Georgia 30554. Advance voting for this election shall begin Monday, April 29, 2024, and continue until Friday, May 17, 2024, and shall include Saturday, May 4, 2024 and Saturday, May 11, 2024 at East Hall Community Center, 3911 P Davidson Road Gainesville, Georgia. Monday – Friday hours for voting shall be from 8 A.M. until 5 P.M. April 29, 2024, through May 10, 2024 and from 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. May 13, 2024 through May 17, 2024 and on Saturdays from 9 A.M. until 5 P.M. Absentee ballot requests will be available at the Hall Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, Georgia 30504 beginning March 4, 2024.

Some items are strictly for discussion only and keeping the council informed of current conditions and will not be placed on the regular agenda. The Agenda for the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Council being the third Monday of every month will be published by noon the Friday prior to the meeting date. All request to be placed on the regular agenda should come in writing (forms available) a week in advance and should encompass all supporting documents in advance of the work session.
