b. Contract with Payco to provide Payroll Service
c. Proposed Contract with Norton Consulting for Bookkeeping Services
d. Authorization to Seek Vehicle Replacement for Community Services and Water/Wastewater
5) Request from the Historical Society of Lula-Belton
a. to permit them to hold a Community Garage Sale on Saturday, September 2nd and close Carter Alley between Athens St and Cobb St from 7 am to 5 pm
b. to provide a $1,500 sponsorship for the 2024 Lula Fall Festival, which would be used to cover a portion of the entertainment cost for the event.
c. to consider adding an additional drive-thru gate to the northerly ballfield at Rafe Banks Park near the intersection of Hemlock St and Cobb St. They feel this additional gate would make vendor set up and tear down more efficient and provide better separation between vendors entering/exiting the field and the general public.
6) Requested Revision to the Design Contract with GMC to acquire a 3rd Perspective Drawing on the Carter Alley Design Project, for an additional $2,500 to be paid out of General Funds

4. September City Council Work Session – Monday, September 9th at 6pm at City Hall
5. September City Council Regular Meeting – Monday, September 16th at 7pm at City Hall
Requests to be placed on the regular agenda should come in writing (forms available) and should encompass all supporting documents in advance of the work session. The Regular Monthly Council Meeting is normally the Third Monday of the Month, preceded by a work session on the prior Monday @6:00 PM. All meeting of the Council are open to the Public and the public attendance is encouraged. In the event of a Special Called Meeting of the Council, such meeting shall be posted for Public View 24 hours in advance, with stated agenda.
