1) De-annexation Request of Banks County Parcel B06F02, Lot 2 Iron Horse S/D, 103 Iron Horse Trail by Elizabeth Villalobos and Abner Rivera, Owners.
2) The Revive Land Group, LLC seeks to rezone the property consisting of 30.201 acres from Highway Business (HB) to Planned Residential Development (PRD) to develop 89 lots and amenities consisting of a park, trails, and a community gathering area and seeks variances to 1) reduce the side setbacks from 10 feet to 7.5 feet, 2) encroach upon the exterior buffer to grade and replant the buffer, and 3) reduce the road width from 27 feet to 24 feet. The Property is located at 0, 5108, 5114, 5122, and 5130 Mountainview Parkway, Lula; further identified as Hall County Tax Parcels 09053 000009, 09053 000011, 09053 000020, 09053 000021, 09053 000022, and 09053 000023.
