Some big news has been released recently concerning the availability of rental assistance funds for landlords and renters. Because of job loss or income shortages during the pandemic, evictions because of lack of payment are on hold due to the lack of dispossessory hearings and other eviction limitations. Funds are available from the state of Georgia, Hall County, and for Banks County provided by the Ninth District Opportunity.
