Requirements as prescribed by law have been met allowing for the scheduling of a “Special Called Meeting” of the Lula City Council for Sept 20th at the Lula “Depot”, 5911 Wall Street, Lula, Georgia 30554.

- Early voting and Election Day voting will be held at Lula City Hall located at 6055 Main Street in Lula Ga.
- Early voting is taking place October 12 – October 29 Monday thru Friday
and including two Saturdays October 16 and October 23.
Early voting hours are 9 am to 5 pm.
- Election Day Tuesday Nov. 2nd, Polls are open 7 am to 7 pm on Election Day.
- Garbage Collection Improvements / Changes scheduled October 4th and 5th; watch you mail for specific details to your address in the coming weeks.

Council Comments
All requests to be placed on the regular agenda should come in writing (forms available) and should encompass all supporting documents in advance of the work session. The Regular Monthly Council Meeting is normally the Third Monday of the Month, preceded by a work session on the prior Monday @6:00 PM. All meeting of the Council is open to the Public and the public attendance is encouraged. In the event of a Special Called Meeting of the Council, such meeting shall be posted for Public View 24 hours in advance, with stated agenda.
Please note the change of location to the Lula “DEPOT” rather than City Hall!
