| Important Information:
All booths are 12’ x 12’ and ONLY assigned upon payment and application received (unless otherwise notified). Booths must be reserved and paid for in advance, and no later than May 2nd.. (Early registration ends April 18, 2022)
Setup booths as early as 12 PM Friday, May 6th, but must be ready no later than 9 AM, Saturday, May 7th . Tear-down and trash disposal must be complete by 5 PM on Saturday, May 1.

This year will be bigger and better than ever! Friday evening will consist of a movie event at the Depot beginning at 5 PM, with the movie starting just after dark. The parade begins at 10 AM on Saturday and will serve as a great kickoff for the vendors and entertainment happening that day. You do not want to miss this!
Craft, Games, Etc.. Vendors can bring portable generators.
As an exhibitor (vendor), I agree to release the City of Lula/Railroad Days Festival from any responsibility, personal liability, loss, theft, or damage in connection with this event.

Important Information:
Parade begins at 10 AM, but participants may begin lining up at 8:30 AM along route on Chattahoochee Street
(Follow signs posted along Main Street).
Please help us avoid big gaps in the parade. Keep the parade moving and stay as close as safely possible to the entry ahead of you. Please do not lag. NO STOPPING – at any point during the parade.
If you have any questions regarding the parade or booth participation, please call Lula City Hall 770-869-3801 M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM. Return form no later than May 2nd, 2022.

Location: Train Depot Community Center & Stage | 5911 Wall Street, Lula, GA
Festivities begin at 5 PM on Friday evening, with a movie showing at the Depot Stage just after dark. Vendors are invited to participate on both days! On Saturday, the day kicks off with the parade on Main Street at 10 AM followed by entertainment, food, and the arts and crafts fair lasting all day. No admission & free parking.
